Terms and Conditions – Baibhav Overseas Pvt. Ltd.

  1. All recruitment processes will comply with the labor laws of Nepal and the destination country.
  2. Candidates must provide accurate and genuine documents; falsification will result in disqualification.
  3. Medical fitness certificates must be obtained from government-approved hospitals or labs.
  4. Employers are responsible for issuing valid employment contracts before deployment.
  5. Any delay or cancellation in the recruitment process must be communicated promptly by the employer or candidate.
  6. Orientation classes organized by the Nepal Government are mandatory for all selected candidates.
  7. Final labor clearance from the Department of Foreign Employment is required before deployment.
  8. The company holds no liability for unforeseen delays caused by the employer, embassy, or airlines.
  9. Payment terms for recruitment services must be agreed upon and adhered to before deployment.
  10. Baibhav Overseas reserves the right to update these terms as per operational and regulatory requirements.
